The room wasn't so clean, had to ask to get room cleaned by the housekeeping on the second day. Set breakfast was not very good. Rooms were missing simple thing like hairdryer. Asked if the we're any hairdryers and was told there were none available

Excellent Hotel for the Price

A/C Works OK -- Ample Portions in the Included Breakfast -- Very Helpful Staff

This hotel is in the Malate District, which to say the least, is a colorful area. Many different things to do and people to see. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom also was large, particularly the shower area. The shower head is a large overhead square metal gusher -- no water saver crap here. You want a good shower, then this is it. The resto has a good variety of food to choose from, and all that we ordered was tasty and well-prepared. No disappointments in the restaurant !! Only problem was my laptop could not connect to the hotel's wifi. My Lenovo T60 has only b/g wireless and Crown had just recently updated all their wireless devices to the 'n' standard. For some reason, it just would not connect to my b/g laptop. I suggest bringing an 'n' USB wireless stick if your laptop is of the older variety and does not have the 'n' standard built in. There is an Internet Cafe about 2 blocks south of the hotel on the 2nd floor of the building they are in. 40 pesos per hour if using your own laptop, so it is quite reasonable. No problem connecting my b/g laptop. If you wish to use their desktop machines, then the cost is 60 pesos for 1 hour. The rooms are cleaned with new towels and new sheets everyday if you wish. We had them changed out every 2nd or 3rd day. The queen size bed was very comfortable, and the in-room electric kettle was used for Kopiko every morning. Cigar smoking is allowed on the front patio area outside the resto doors. You are 2 blocks from the Robinsons Place Mall on Pedro Gil Street. Many taxis and tricycles are right outside the hotel's front door. One street over is Mabini Street where northbound jeepneys are running all the time. Jeepneys are also on Pedro Gil going eastbound, 2 streets to the north. A comfortable place to stay with your favorite girl or woman.

Comfortable stay

Very comfortable bed, nice room and room. A few problems, some of the electric sockets didn't work, hard to recharge electronics. Even though I ask the hotel to clean my room they did not clean it one of my 2 night staying there. That was unacceptable.

Stay was ok. There were no washcloths in the bathroom just towels and seemed as if it wasn't thoroughly cleaned but still a comfortable stay considering the price is low and location is convenient.
