Great location but small rooms in main hotel

Location is great. Price is affordable
We love the location. Rooms in older part of the hotel are fabulous, spacious but have no elevator (3 floors)and not recommended for seniors. In main hotel part, rooms are much smaller but more suitable for seniors because of elevators. Swimming pool is small and water is cold (no heating).

Good location

Good location
It's located in good location closed to night bazaar. The room is good size and quite modern.

huge room in annex, no elevator

close to night market and moat, night life
budget hotel with small swimming pool and jacuzzi. placed in annext with no elevator. good breakfast in morning. hotel is close to night market, moat, and night life.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: avoid going up to see wat phrathat doi suthep during holiday season (christmas or new year) - traffic is horrid. will take you a few hours just to go get there. better either before christmas or a few days after new year.

lovely hotel and great service

clean and smells fresh and good
Excellent service both reception and buffet breakfast. The hotel is clean and fresh. Love the free wifi. Location was good, walking distance to the night market. Excellent buffet breakfast. Well worth the money.
Shopping Tip: 10 minutes by walking to a huge night market. Quite save to walk at night.

Good location, friendly staff

Space in the suite, location is quite good, staff are helpful and friendly with reasonable English
Have stayed here for years and tried other hotels too. Like the suite. Yet disappointed on this occasion. Starting to look unloved in places. There was grime embedded in the shower, peeling paint in various places throughout the hotel. Breakfast was fine but still not as good as it was. Shame to see it go this way. Hope they improve and fix the downward trend.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Close to night market and Saturday market. Dukes is good if u need a break from local cuisine. Top to dos: Tiger Kingdom, Wat Prated Doi Suthep,Elephant camp, zip line, ATV's, night bazaar, factory run to see silks, paper, orchids, jewellery etc, . Massages Do not go to monkey show. Cruel!!!!

Nice hotel

Spacious room with separate living area. Good service.
We had a lovely stay. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only complaint is there is no lift and we were on the fourth floor.
