Lovely hotel but long way from Kandy

Relaxing atmosphere
There is only one standard room the others are of a lower quality. We had booked for 6 and the manager tried to charge us for extra beds even though it did not state it on the booking. The food was good but over priced and we were charged for any extra dishes for the children. Rooms were not cleaned in the 5 days we stayed nor were linens and towels. We only received towels for 4. There was an extra 10% rooms service tax that we did not know about even though we did not have our rooms serviced or order food to our rooms.
