Nice apartment
Space of the apartment, clean,convenient location
Average standards, deposit of English Pounds 200 is considered excessive. They must provide slipers and safe in the room. All other as expected. A later check out can be convenient for the traveler

marlin hotel apartment - my worst night mare

Overall the stay was pleasant. However the staff was very unpleasant. I had a pre-paid booking, despite that they demanded GBP 60 for 30 minute early check in, despite me calling them before travel and informing them of the same. However after 10 minutes of arguing considering my journey of around 4000KM's I decided not to argue any further and agreed to pay them GBP 30, after which they left me to it, and let me check in. However another member of the staff did come by to visit me and apologised on behalf of the Manager who she also found very insolent, rude and abrupt. However I must say the room was comfortable with all necessities being available including the central location within a very short walk from the Canary Wharf Station. THis being said I believe there are many other places which are better than this at much cheaper prices, within this area. it is not good value for money.

Location,location,location
The apartment was overpriced, no hairdryer, toaster was broken, the pots and pans need replacing and have been overused didn't feel like using them, there were little spiders crawling all over one window, there was no mirror next to a chest of drawers or any socket where you could dry your hair. Parking is extra charge, no house keeping or cleaning service everyday. This apartment is in the heart of the business district yet we couldn't find one pen or pad to write on, no business facilities, it really should have a corner with a table as an office set up. The shower isn't accessible to give little kids a bath it's stuck to the wall so cannot be flexible and take off to wash kids. Overall we won't be using these apartments again.

Good place
modern clean spacious room
It was great, however not adequately staffed and location isn't great. No food service available so can't really be a 4 star hotel. Hotel is expesive and little overrated.

Close to Canary Wharf, comfortable room, quiet
Rooms are not very well maintained - both the original microwave and the replacement microwave were spoilt; housekeeping did not do a complete clean.

We we're moved 3 times before getting correct room
That we only stayed two nights, nice view, soft carpet
The stay was not fantastic. Apparently our apartment on Canary Wharf had "maintenance issues" and we had to be moved to another part of town. Upon arrival there it became apparent they had sent us to the wrong location and we had to backtrack to a third complex. We got a larger apartment for our trouble. It had just been painted and the fumes caused headaches.
