Our stay was good but it's a bed n breakfast

Staff, cleanliness,
Our stay was good, although the place was about 20 mins away from a wedding we attended that night. It also states that it is a hotel, it isn't it is a bed n breakfast, that is my only issue with the place it was nice clean staff were friendly, it just wasn't a hotel as it stated!

A great spot with awesome host..

Location, Location, Location
A well established Hotel/Motel, The host is awesome and after being in the hospitality business for 16+ years still smiles likes its her first day. We really enjoyed the relaxing environment and proximity to Busselton without being in the centre.

informal, home away from home.

really friendly accommodating owner, very relaxed environment, very family friendly.
We enjoyed it and we would go again. The owner was very family friendly, and cooked us a great dinner. We had the freedom of the hotel, and we were made to feel that we could treat the place like our own home, which we did while respecting the hotel.
