Friendly place with great location.

Great location. Excellent customer service.
Customer service was excellent. Breakfast is basic but very acceptable. Rooms are very clean but a little run down. Parts of the hotel is also run down but they are in process of refurbishing.

Cheap and good

spacious and comfortable rooms
We were a group of 9 students travelling during our weekends off from school. We are grateful for a clean and warm room after our long drive. Towels and basic toiletries were provided, the beds were comfortable. We were surprised that breakfast was provided but were grateful for it. With little expectations for a 2-star accommodation, decent breakfast of cereals, fruits, toast and eggs were good enough for us. We also felt secure and there was a staff manning the front desk 24hrs. Overall, we're happy to have stayed here.

Overnight stay

Location price staff
Just needed a decent bed for the night relatively close to Glasgow centre. Can't argue about the cost, good value for money.

Convenient Location

Good rates especially with scumptious breakfast included.
Very aged and uncomfortable room. Seemed like in the 1970s.

Incredibly average and disappointed

Horrible. Unclean, tiny, cramped, atrocious food, cold showers.
