Ok place

Location, price, quiet
I stayed two weeks here (prepaid). The place is ok, the owner and managers are nice. Internet can be a bit spotty, and some rooms have no wifi signal at all.

if you have enough time to wait for renovation

one good thing about the hotel was the parking, and it was safe to park our motor bikes because there is somebody watching the premises 24.
we booked 2 rooms at this hotel, the door doesn't lock, the toilet was leaking air-conditions need maintenance, they don't really cool the room, no safety deposit box. the staff was trying to change the rooms for us to a worst rooms but finally they gave us 2 rooms in the main building there. internet connection is terrible. very far from the beach this we new in advance but because we had the intention to rent motor bikes so we didn't really mind that. you had to spend too much time to solve one problem at a time.

the place was ok for thr price but on further research there was better hotels for the same price range ,the complex has seen better days the toilet was blocked during a storm in the night ,left room at 0730 smell that bad returned to room at 6pm nothing had been done exactly as left in the morning ,but to be fair they did give me other room for rest of my stay, cleaners have no idea how and when to clean ,would i stop there again ,only if the other s are fully booked, hope i dont sound too harsh

budget, a little worn out, restaurant

it was our first stay overnight in Cambodia, it was cheap, a little worn out, but had hot shower and a balcony, laundry service ok, restaurant served good food. Friendly staff.
it is located in the red light district, but we didn' t experience any discomfort due to it. Restaurant has nice view over the trees and the sea in the distance. the receptionist was not in place all the time, but if you are not in a hurry, no problem. Wifi not in the room, have to go to the restaurant area. The building has some ant problem, but they are mostly in the bathroom. The facilities are old, but function. Balcony was a nice bonus.
