old hotel but nice
Mercure Ginza is a bit old hotel, but it doesnt matter because it got everything we need. The room was clean, although not too big. The hotel provides everything we need. Mini market just across the street and mcdonalds just 1 minute walking distance.

excellent stay in the heart of shopping heaven in Tokyo
- Location: straight in the heart of shopping complex of Ginza. The access to Metro station is very close and very convenient. - The staff very friendly and helpful. - The food provided during breakfast time was meeting my expectation. delicious and wide variety of food provided. - Cleanliness: thumbs up. - Facilities: Limited facilities but still manageable. - Value for money: OK and reasonable.

the hotel was expensive but near to everywhere
the hotel was in a good location near to subway, shopping, etc walking distance to ginza shopping area, off course its more expensive coz the area and the hotel standart are international size, so the room was spacious, amenity was exellent, breakfast also good the only little minus was there's no halal food for breakfast, hopefully someday the hotel will provide halal food. overall the hotel location was the most streght! oh and 1 more, when i book this hotel at agoda, i book for double room but only fill for 1 person, instead of 2 person, so when i arrived at the hotel, i must pay for the second person, eventhough my room capacity was clear the room capacity for 2 person, but coz i only fill 1 person when i booked the hotel, i must pay 2000yen/day for the other person (without breakfast) i don't like this! and there's also city tax when i checked out... also not good.

good location
i can tell this hotel, looks like a bussiness hotel, i feel like i'm the only guest who's coming for holiday, everyone was very well dressed with suits hahaha. anyway, the hotel was in the heart of ginza, near to the shopping centre just go to B1 fl then exit no 8 voila u already in the shopping area. to shinjuku and shibuya was also easy, u can go to b1 fl then take the subway. from tokyo station u can just go by taxi only takes 800 yen (usd.8) to this hotel. its better by taxi coz ur bringing your luggage with u. lawson was very near (there's 2 lawson) you can buy delicious bread in lawson or onigiri, there's also MCD very very close.

i really enjoy the location, there's a mc donald within few steps, there's a railway station in the B1 floor, lawson also very near, from B1 fl you can go to exit number 8 and suddenly u are at the heart of Ginza shopping centre! the room was spacious, amenity was all set you don't need to bring toothbrush, etc. there's also bathrobe that you can use, very recomended amenities! for breakfast, there's a lot of option, hopefully someday they'll have halal breakfast for moslem tourist.
