Good Hotel but poor staff

Location near to Narita Station, Good Rooms, Good Buffet
Hotel is conveniently placed and rooms are large, great value for money. Breakfast was well served. I had booked two rooms on AGODA and at the time of check-in, the staff asked me to pay additional money as my two rooms stated 'STANDARD TWIN' however, AGODA form had indicated one PX per room. I was utterly disappointed in paying 3,000Y additional cost for total 4 PX for two TWIN STANDARD rooms containing two beds each. Rather, being with my family, the hotel left me with no other choice.

Good Hotel for 1st time foreign visitor in Tokyo

nearby station, nearby airport with shuttle bus available, big room in Japan
we enjoyed our stay in Mercure, but we were unhappy with the reception hospitality during our plan for extension.

Great location near train station

Location, local restaurants, convenient store
Length of stay: 1 night. Size of room and cleanness: Not big and not too small and clean as standard as 3 stars hotel. Breakfast: Good both Western style and Japanese style. Overview: Convenient location near Keisei Narita station within walking distance once you came out from the station then go straight and turn left on the corner then the hotel with be in 100 meter away. Convenient store opposite the hotel and surrounded with local restaurants. However, for non-smoker you need to prepare yourselves because most of restaurant will allow people to smoke inside the restaurants which I hate it because I’m a non-smoker and can’t stand for the smoke next to me. Strength (selling point): Location, convenient store and surrounded with local restaurants Weakness: Some dust inside the room. Travel tip: Good for traveling by train.

Great location, clean rooms

location, cleanliness, attentive staff
Good experience all the way from check in until check out. Providing free shuttle service to the airport made it so much more convenient for travelers like myself who has an early flight.

Great location with English conversant staffs.

Location, service promptness and airport free shuttle
All well except that the temperature in the room could not be adjusted to allow cold air. Room felt stuffy after the heater is turned off and the window was locked. It was uncomfortable to sleep in.

Room next to train station

location, location, location
The annex room was next to train station. The train runs practically 24 hours. It is winter period, so the room air-conditioner is converted to heater only. In order to cool the room, the window has to be opened and the noise from the train station is unbearable.

Nice hotel to stay

location, free shuttle bus to airport and clean renovated room.
stayed overnight and lucky got a renovated room at the back of the hotel (annex wing). The room was quite spacious (by Japan city standard), clean and comfy beds (my liking). The location is perfect very close to JR, subway and bus stations. The Family Mart is across the street. Restaurants are nearby and the hotel is close to Narita Omotesando lucky street, shinshoji temple and a small lake with beautiful full blown autumn surroundings (10 mins walk (by kimono) behind the temple). We were lucky to have a chance to try on formal kimono provided by NPO Hospitality Narita. Free wifi in the hotel's room as well as free shuttle bus to the airport. Friendly staff, spoken well English and willing to help. No comments on the hotel's restaurants as we ate outside. The only negative was the room where we stayed had central heating/AC. There was no way to adjust the temperature.

Spacious room and great location

spacious room. worth for what we paid. near to the JR station and 16 minutes of walking distance to Naritasan Shinshoji Temple.
It was a relaxing night with spacious room in this hotel. There are a few mini mart nearby and AEON hypermarket is also in a walking distance. Easy to find food as many restaurants are nearby too. The JR station is also in a walking distance. Since we had a night flight back so in the morning we were still able to visit Naritasan Shinshoji Temple which is one of the largest temple in Japan. The temple is just 16 minutes of walking distance and many restaurants along the streets.

Hotel is in an excellent location, and they provide free airport pick up and drop off. But the hotel is old and many rooms have things that are not working.
Old hotel with many faulty parts and not well maintained. I had to change rooms 3 times because of Faulty lights and faulty bidet. But the rooms were a good size compared with other hotels in this area and price range.
