A bit difficult to reach the hotel

Room quality, room service
Location not very simple. It nees to call a hotel shuttle from CDGVAL parking PR station. Reception staff is nice but think it depends on the staff. There was a staff who wasn't very kind. food was very good and also the quality of room clear. but i think i won't choose it for the next time

Tale of TWO ! MERCURE Hotels at Roissy/CDG APT

Staff, Breakfast, Shuttle operated by the HOTEL to/from Charles de Gaulle Airport once we lost an hour going to the OTHER Mercure which is on the airport BLACK BUS route which is signposted at the CDG
The stay was fine BUT we and others experienced major delay and inconvenience because there are TWO (2) Mercure Hotels at Roissy/CDG and the actual airport-operated shuttle (huge bus, overcrowded, hard to bvaod and deboard with luggage, only every 23 minutes or so,etc etc) on the BLACK LINE goes to the other MERCURE. The CDG terminal bus signpost and the signs on BLACK Line buses are marked for the MERCURE but it turns out to be the OTHER MERCURE. We went to the other MERCURE on the BLACK Bus to find that we had our reservatiuon at the other Mercure. The wrong one called the right one which sent a shuttle van and all went ok afterwards but we lost about 2 hours .. I am a ACCOR Classic Club member and feel we are due a refund due to lost time,being exposed to night (2100 to 2300) delays, etc It is shocking that ACCOR and MERCURE senior management allow this intolerable situation to continue. I am 80 and my wife 72. The MERCURE can be a 4-STAR BUT the shuttle mix-ups need to be fixed.This will need coordination within ACCOR, MERCURE and with the Airport Authority.

Nice hotel for a night before flying off from cdg

cleanliness, staff are welcoming and helpfuk
it was overall great.the staff are very helpful. on our way to airport, we are flying off at 10:30 am and we are running out of time. the hotel staff decided to cut the schedule of their hotel services to the airport as it was supposed to be every ten minutes.they immediately assisted us to get to the airport and we have indeed catched our flight.

Convenient Airport Shuttle, Comfortable stay

Location, Cleanliness, Staff performance
The room is comfy and clean, just like any other standard 4-star airport hotel. I also like the design of lobby. The staff is very helpful. I lost my keys on my way from the concierge to my room and a waiter gave it back to me. When I left, I caught the earliest shuttle to terminal 2 and the experience was great.

nice place but hard to find the shuttle bus stop

Everything is fine. The only thing that should be improved is the shuttle bus. We arrived paris at night plane and it is very hard for us to find the shuttle bus stop in the airport. We tried to dial to the hotel but failed. Eventually, a nice shuttle bus driver who drove for other hotels brought us to the hotel. Otherwise I cannot imagine how long it would take to get to the hotel.

Never Ever Stay

Facilities of the room is good - Bed & Bathroom is clean and comfortable
Never recommend to stay. I stayed one night there. The hotel is located 10min bus drive from hotel. Hotel staff says there are shuttle bus from 5am every 15 to 20min. I was waiting for bus from 4:50 at airport terminal 2. Bus didnt come until 5:50am. I have called hotel staff several times to confirm if shuttle bus is running and they keep saying that it is coming. In the end I was forced to wait outside of airport at 5am for one hour which is causing following day feeling ill. I have claimed the issue to front desk but they didn't take it seriously at all. I regret to stayed overnight here.

Excellent customer service

Desk staff, housekeeping staff, dining room staff
When we arrived we were given a room by the elevators. We had been awake and in transit for 24 hours so dropped exhusted into bed. We could hear the nise from the elevators. A few hours after our check in we were given a courtesy call from the accommodations manager asking if everything was ok. I said that the elevator noise was bothersome. Within 30 minutes we had another room in a quieter location. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the portions generous. Thank you to Quentin and all the staff, we will see you upon our return!
