Good location, that was about it....

Location, reception firendly, partial harbour view

Stayed here for three nights in Feb '16, was very disappointed for the price, the whole place had a funky moldy smell, and the car air fresheners jammed into the a/c vents weren't masking it a bit. Paid the extra $50 p/n for a roll-away bed but when we got to the room it wasn't there. Guy at the front desk was helpful said he'd get housekeeping onto asap while we went out to dinner.....got back, late at night still no bed. Guy at the front was helpful once again and went and got it himself for us. Booked the room for 4, only two towels provided, another trip to reception...Housekeeping made the room up, took two wet towels away, left the other two, no replacements. Bar across the street was loud on the Friday night but you expect that in the city. It is in a great location, walking distance to everything you could want in Sydney, but the rooms are poky and small, the service apart from reception is lousy, and by the time you add $35 per night to the $300 you're already paying and have to drag your luggage along a crowded city block it's overpriced. Not a 4 star spot, do yourself a favor, stay somewhere else I will be next time.....

Enjoyed my stay although room looks aged but clean enough. The washer & dryer is great help to families with kids. Can walk to many places of interest. Good transport link, incl ferries, buses, trains. The sofa bed was not too comfortable. But overall, it's good value for money.

Selected this hotel because we wished to be close to Darling Harbour and Martin Place. Access to hotel is only by stairs and no parking for taxis drop off and pick up. Great outlook to Darling Harbour. We enjoyed our stay.

I was really disappointed about the condition of the bath, it was all scratched and made me think it was dirty. I look forward to baths when i go away. The Apartments entry is stair access only and it was difficult taking luggage up and down. There was a blind missing from the windows in the middle. There was no onsite parking, we had to travel from down the street with our luggage on the way out.The balcony was disordered with large stones. The television was challenging though we got it in the end. Staff did the best they could at the time. It was a bit tired looking as far as painting and decor.

This was the third stay that we have had at the metro, and we were disappointed with some aspects. We were in room 204 and felt the bathroom was a letdown in respect to the bath itself the anti slip area of was stained dirty looking the area around the plug was rust stained, as a result did not give the area a good look. We Felt the Bed making while we were there left a bit to be desired.

Old apartment, not in a central location, extremely noisy (hotel over the road and severe traffic noise). $325 per night for this standard of accommodation is atrocious.

It was an excellent stay. A loft room with queen bed on 2nd floor and sofa bed on the 1st floor. Perfect for family vacation. Wide window allow you to see a spectacular view from you room. Room comes with washer and dryer. Just few mins to harbor makes it a perfect place to stay.

This apartment is good if you travel in 2. This is a split unit apartment. A double bed and bathroom is at upper floor. A sofa bed and TV is at lower floor. Not convenience for people who stay in lower floor access to toilet at upper floor during night. No access for disable person.
