Noise and security,
Firstly the building is still under renovation, and they start at around 8am in the morning, in addition to noisy from construction, the hallway is too hot (no airconditioner), that include in lift too, my friends all sweating and suffocate for going up 4 floor in lift. Not to mentioned the smell from the newly painted-wall, if we knew this hotel under construction, I won't chose it, While security, I only saw a camera at the end of hallway on the 3rd floor, which the walk path crossing around 12rooms at each side (too little camera), while my family member in shower, he heard his door being open at the handle, luckily he locked the door before going shower (these happens 2 times at around 8pm just when he go shower). And yes we didn't received any door to help us on our bags. It's overall a bad experience for us. And I can said I won't recommend my friend, ( if the hotel is 3 stars we can understand, but it's 4stars hang on the wall) Lastly, the room is much smaller then as we experience, only if the price isn't discount, I would request back for those payment and switch to other hotel.

Worst Budget hotel ever stay.
Room are stink once you step into. Drainage smell was awful even when burn aroma oil. Seen many review and thought they will improve on the problem, but never.

The staff are not friendly, aircon in the room was not working properly, we requested to be transferred to another room but still its so warm, they gave us an electric fan just to get by for our 2 nights stay. Theres no wifi in the room. Not recommended to my friends

Not worth for money!
Service not good, furnitures is old and smelly. The cleaners came to clean up my room without my permission. My room's card is missing then asked me to pay 1000thb for penalty. Not a qualify 4 stars hotel. I will never visit again next time!

electricity cut off
is value for money. location is good but staff not much friendly and electricity is cut-off on the last day of my stay.
