Smallest room I ever stayed in

Location
3.3
We booked for four nights but stayed only for two nights. The room was unbelievably small. There were no soap, no shampoo unless you ask for. Cleaning of the room is done only four times a week. The reception is closed during the night until 7:30am. Nothing is available during that time even you ring the bell. Receptionists who work there were part timers and not reliable. Breakfast buffet was so poor that we decided to look for a cafe outside. For the price of the room, the quality was so poor.

Ordered double bed and received twin bed!

It is very annoying to order a double bed and to get a twin one instead. I will approach Agoda regarding it.

A small hotel right in the old part of town, fairly quiet and had all the important basic servics.

A very conveniently located hotel!

Very close to tourist information centre Very close to Old Harbour for sea tours Friendly staff
5.3
The hotel was simple and a bit old style. Only breakfast available, at an extra cost. The staff was friendly and informative, but unfortunately he forgot to book the transfer to airport and I had to take taxi costing about 100 Euro. No staff overnight till 8am.

All-inclusive but very small bathroom

Quiet place and friendly staff
6.3
The room is clean and all-inclusive but the bathroom is very small. The toilet cabin and the shower place is just separated by a shower curtain. The bathroom gets all wet after one takes a shower inside. The sink is very small, too. The lift is very small, too, and may accommodate only two thin persons with their luggage bags. There is WiFi provision inside the room it is very unstable; I have to go to the lobby to get the WiFi connection. There is a desktop PC shared by all guests. It is acceptable but it cannot display Chinese characters. The breakfast is just so so. You may only find cereals, cold milk, bread, butter, cheese slices, boiled eggs, tomato slices and some cold cut, with some very light orange-flavoured drink. Certainly, there is no hot or warm food. The place is quiet because it is not at the main street. It is about 10 to 15-minute walk to the city centre but certainly not with your heavy luggage bags because one has to walk a bit uphill.

Great location with less than 5 min walk to city centre. Hotel staff (young man) was not too familar with tour attraction and even book me for a wrong date for the airport bus. Room was not clean during my 3 nights stay.

We arrived late in the evening to a room that hadn't been cleaned, Hair in the bed etc, and an overpowering sewrage smell in the bathroom. Worth checking the room before you stay.
