A bit over priced but convienent

Service, Location, Taxi's
I was given a lower floor which faced a black wall, even though I checked in mid-afternoon. As I was staying for a week, I thought they should give me some more consideration. So the room was very gloomy. Also, they miss some stuff like stationary in the room, no spoons or plates. THe coffee maker was from the 1980's and tasted awful. They should switch to a boiler with instant. Internet was expensive. On the positive side, the staff is very good. They helped me out with a lot of stuff during the week. The location is fun as it is on the Reforma. But in 20/20 hindsight, I think there are adequate business hotels in good areas out of the Zono Rosa that would save a business traveler a lot of money.

Nice hotel but one very bad guy

most person is nice
after we paid from our credit MXD22,357.68 on July 22 and left the hotel, I found 2 of my credit card authorization, one on July 16 for MXD6,000, and one MXD14,500 even on the same day I paid the bill, still holded by them till today Aug. 10. Ha, this is waht kind of guy and what kind of matter he's doing! Can I say any bad words about him, I think NO, then I don't have any words can talk about his guy - Mr. Andres - who told me he was in charge on that day - July 22 morning, Mexico city local time!
