MGM Grand
I found the MGM Grand to be ok but only because I took an upgrade that they offered for another $50 and while I found this to be alright, I got to see the West Wing the next night which is terrible. The casino itself is very smokey and loud.....more so than some of the other casinos I have been in. The upgrade room was just a 4 star but the West Wing......awful, I think 2 star at best. Very dingey corridors, small depressing rooms. I probably would stay at the nicer part of MGM Grand again but would avoid the West Wing at all costs.

Disappointed by medication theft from room
Signature pool, Mexican restaurant
Unfortunately we had a theft of prescription medications from my room, to which the night and the next day I was brushed off. When I did talk to security, he doubted me, told me it wasn't an MGM issue, and that I should go to the police if I 'really feel this happened' Well let see, one bottle is now 1/2 empty, and the other is 1/4 missing. So yes. It happened. Poor customer relations! As someone who used to work in the industry, I was embarrassed for them. Will never stay there, give them my business or recommended them again. Had they tried to rectify the situation, I may feel different, but the total disregard was too much.
