Rooms are very spacious and clean. Overall, the staff were excellent; very helpful and polite.

The only thing i would suggest, is a change of internet provider. I found it very slow at times.

I stayed at Novotel for 5 nights. Overall, i had a very pleassant stay; befitting of a 4 star hotel service. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious and plenty of helpful literature supplied also. One particularly helpful thing, was clear instructions on operating the air conditioning unit. I had a beautiful view from my balcony. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Overall, i had an very enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel highly.

Beach and the seafood restaurant.

Cleanliness of public areas, mainly stairs. Massage treatments.

Good experience in general. The view from the room is great and the hotel is well designed. Variety of outlets is good but the quality of massage was not good. The masseuse speaks no English at all and has no experience at all. The massage room was very cold and not clean. The seafood restaurant is very good and staff is very friendly and efficient. The location of the hotel is very good, 10 minutes from the airport and close to the museum of Bahrain and the city. Was a good stay in general.
