A great location if you are in Bahrain on a visa run, as the Saudi & Kuwait Embassies are right across the street.
This hotel has a great location if you are in Bahrain on a visa run, as the Saudi & Kuwait Embassies are right across the street. The rooms are OK, but the check-in & out staff are bad! The rest of the staff are great in all aspects. Harveters Pub is a happening expat spot with good entertainment, good food, excellent staff and companionship is available. "Happy Hour" from 1700 - 2030 hrs is not to be missed! I will stay here again.

A good location, a great pub with good food and friendly staff. It is also easy to get a very late check out.
The staff seems to have problems with your e-booking. They always try to say that they have not received your payment from the company that you paid through. Do not do anything that may possibly confuse them!
This hotel has super location for visa runs and a very friendly staff. But, the hotel has employed people in the lobby that lack skills to adequately handle the processes of checking in or out. Good luck, if you are asking for something that is slightly not routine. To be fair, a very late check out is very easy to obtain and the upper management is superb, so do not hesitate to contact them if problems arise! The rooms are good. There is a very good pub called Harvesters on the premises that is popular with the expats. It has great food, a good band, super staff and you can meet friends there, for sure!! Happy hour is 1700 to 2030 hrs with a 50% discount. Do not miss this place and enjoy, I did!!!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : For those on a visa run for Kuwait, this hotel is the place to stay. The Kuwait Embassy is right across the street. ATM's are also walking distance and good international companionship can be found right in Harvesters Pub.

Lots of good restaurants, very choice, s beautiful gym, good conference facilities, etc.
A little worn, cleaning staff a bit repetitive (knock on even though it has "Do Not Disturb" sign!
This hotel is expensive and good. The service is good but somewhat uneven (the staff is service-minded, but not very intelligent and not inclined to independent thinking). The room was clean and nice and very well equipped (fridge, ironing board, kettle, etc.). Some things were not cheap (breakfast 200 SEK, 2 servings of fruit salad + 1 glass of wine 600kr!). Position is in diplomatic city. It's closer than you think to the old town and I recommend that you go on foot, because the taxi drivers tend to not be able to find where you are willing or able to / want to run the most direct route!
