Location/connection to Seef Mall, free parking, new modern interiors, fully equiped kitchen and friendly and helpful staff. No breakfast at all and evening traffic. The hotel is quite new and that's an advantage in itself. But most importantly, the location is very nice. Corniche is only 5 minutes drive and there is a nice kids' area. Also many malls are nearby, and Seef Mall is actually connected to the Hotel's ground floor, which made up for the unavailabilty of hotel restaurants; I especially liked "Paul" cafe.
The bad thing about its location is the evening traffic due to many visitors to Seef Mall.
Shopping Tip : If it's a weekend night, don't go to the old section of Seef Mall, unless you don't mind being squeezed by the crowd.
