Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.
We want you to pay the lowest possible rate for your room. If you have reserved a hotel room through Agoda, and then show us that you could book the same room, for the same dates, at a lower rate, that is viewable and bookable on another website, within 48 hours of booking your room with us, we will either match that rate or beat it. Spa

Reception desk

The Front Desk management was completely unhelpful, the meals were merely standard, and the rooms were nicely furnished but on the smaller side. The spa however was very nice and the people working there were very friendly and helpful. The sulfur and dead sea pools were delightful, but very crowded.

good service very good location good breakfast

high medical costs in the spa area

The hotel is highly recommended, especially because of the direct beach front location. Even the more expensive hotels often have the disadvantage that the guests have to cross a road and have to rely on a shuttle service. A bit unusual is the evening program in the hotel lobby from about 20 clock plays a small band music of the 70s and 80s . However, the true great enthusiasm among the mostly older guests from Israel and from Russia.

Hotel Feature Tip : Who would want to use wireless to McDonalds in the Petra Shopping Center to go on the opposite side of the street - there it is free.

A delicious dinner Hroshie fairly spacious rooms all with sea views.

Breakfast is not tasty. Some Russian-speaking persoonal the SPA must be taught good manners treatment with guests!

Hotel good, complies with the Stars 4-m by 100 per cent, dinner is very tasty. Rooms are spacious enough. But a little strained, one of the attendants Madame persoonala in SPA, which has ample crude found out who I am and do what I do here (and I just got acquainted with the prices SPA), was not very pleasant. Yes, more of the disadvantages - breakfast is not very: (

the location and the spa

catering for large groups and channeled too cheap then

The hotel that has hosted is located on the Dead Sea, unfortunately, no one spoke Italian, just a little 'in French and English struggled a bit, I think that given the location and potential of the area if it were a bit more prepared and advertised for individuals or individual couples, giving space to a restaurant a little more sophisticated as in many other places I stayed in Israel might have a great success and therefore a greater number of customers. the cost seemed fair.
