スタッフ皆さんの対応が最高でした。英語が十分に話せない私には、ホテルのことや観光案内について、わかりやすい英語で理解するまで説明してくれました。ロケーションもハイファ中央駅まで５分程度で、非常に便利です。料金が高い割には質が伴わないホテルが多いイスラエルですが、このPort Innに関しては料金に見合った質を提供していると思います。

スタッフが親切で気配りが行きとどいたホテル
スタッフが本当に、まるで友達のように親切。清潔、朝食がおいしい。

ホテルというよりゲストハウスなのですが、とても居心地良いホテルでした。ロケーションは駅やバス停にも近くていいですし、部屋は清潔で居心地よく、ロビーや中庭の雰囲気もとてもよかったです。なによりスタッフがとても親切で、私が一人でアッコーへ行こうとしていることを知ると、この人たちと一緒に行きなさいとグループを組んでくれるほど親切でした。その人たちも全員一人で来ている各国の旅行者たちだったのでこの気配りは心強かったと思います。それ以外にも、ハイファのことを本当に分かるまで時間をかけて教えてくれ、星を少なくとも４つ以上はあげたくなるホテルでした。

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Hotel mit viel Charme
familiäres Ambiente und einen wunderschöner Garten. Eine Oase mitten in Haifa

zumal es schwer zu finden ist, ist dieses hotel ein echter geheimtip ! es liegt zentral zu den füssen des carmelberges und strahlt in seinem inneren ruhe und familiäre gelassenheit aus. es hat einen wunderschönen garten der zum entspannen einläd.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Für alle die 2-5 tage in Haifa verweilen wollen und nicht in einem gewöhnlichen Hotel untergebracht sein wollen, ist das Pot Inn eine grossartige Alternative
