Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

The deco was a little run down; and when we entered the hotel we were not allowed to touch anything as it was redecoated. They did not have wifi on our floor and I found hair on our bathroom floor. However the location was quite central and we did go over to other hotel for a drink in the evening which was very nice.

The ground floor that you will face first enter there is dirty.
Room will be not available when you arrive.(I came there at 3PM and they said 5 minutes to prepare the room but it took 30 minutes)
Receptionist is very rude.
Breakfast is stupid and not engough.
If you want to have big breakfast, you should find other places.
Don't hire taxi from the hotel(Very expensive)

Nice boutique hotel, good service, some flaws
Beautiful lobby, often friendly service

The hotel is a decent looking boutique hotel with a slightly retro interior, especially in the rooms. The breakfast is lovely and the waiter was extremely helpful. However, some cons: staff insisted on taking a photocopy of my debit card on entry (not sure if this is normal, it's never happened to me before, and the person behind the desk was pretty blase about my objection to this), when I attempted to use the whirlpool function on the bath, it fused all of the electrics in my room. It then took two phone calls to reception to get them to amend the problem.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Wander through East Jerusalem to gain an understanding of East Jerusalem settlement activity.

It's difficult to reach but the good hotel.

My room had the bath but the bathtab had no stopper(turncock), then it was inconvenience. We were three, then we got the reservation for a suit room. The room has very big and good view. We went there by car but the road in front of the hotel is dangerous because the police always drove to catch the illegal parking car( we got the paper although for a while ).

1. Hotel is run down and shoddy
2. Rooms need more than just a coat of paint -- dilapidated.
3. Air conditioning was working haphazardly at best.
Would not recommend this hotel, in fact would have stayed a few more days in Jerusalem if if it was better.
Chose to go back to Tel Aviv instead of hunting for a new room
Disappointing at best.
