not what i expected
very friendly staff,well located.the best was that they had air conditioning in winter!!this was great because we had some summer weather in winter time and most hotels wouldnt change their heating system for ac.

i found the hotel looked run down,the rooms were small and shabby looking but the staff was very nice and friendly.not what i expected compared to dan panorama tel aviv. overall ok not great

accueil très agréable et personnel serviable , hotel sans charme mais bien situé

L'hotel est très bien situé et permet de se rendre à pied à la vieille ville et au centre ville de Jerusalem.
Les chambres sont sans charmes mais propres.
La salle de petit déjeuner est immense et glaciale
Globalement satisfaisant mais je n'y retournerai pas

השהות היתה נעימה, המלון נעים.
מנקודת המבט שלי כישראלית זה היה נראה לי מאוד קיצוני שכל העובדים גברים ערבים. המלון ישראלי בארץ ישראל. מעולם לא הייתי במלון בארץ שלא היו עובדים ישראלים / יהודים. בעיני זה בעייתי מאוד. גם ברמת התחושה, השפה והיחס. הייתי מצפה לראות יותר נשים שביאות רכות לשירות ויותר יהודים. איזון בצוות.

καλή θέα προς την παλιά πόλη

δεν θα έλεγα πως το ξενοδοχείο είναι υπέροχο , ούτε πως το σέρβις γινόταν με χαμόγελο από όλο τον κόσμο και φυσικά όπως και γενικά σε όλη την Ιερουσαλήμ όπου αν δεν μιλάς εβραϊκά ή Αγγλικά δεν σου δίνουν καμιά σημασία . Εμείς μόνο με γαλλικά και ελληνικά είμαστε παρίες.

προσπαθήστε να εναρμονίσετε την ώρα αφίξεως της πτήσης σας με την ώρα άφιξης στο ξενοδοχείο σας ||||
