Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.
We want you to pay the lowest possible rate for your room. If you have reserved a hotel room through Agoda, and then show us that you could book the same room, for the same dates, at a lower rate, that is viewable and bookable on another website, within 48 hours of booking your room with us, we will either match that rate or beat it. The location of this hotel was fantastic. Around the corner from the main bus station and right in the center of things. The lobby was quite nice, there was a wedding there the night i left.
The room was not big but really was perfect for my daughter and myself. The bathroom could use an update.
I took a chance with this hotel based on what i read online and i did not regret it. You have access to center one mall through the lobby and the bus station was so close. My daughters school was within walking distance too. I was pleased and for the price i paid i would certainly stay there again.
Hotel Feature Tip : had brunch in center one mall one rainy day, we did not have to go outside there is access through the lobby. the food was excellent and the waitresses very sweet. very relaxing and enjoyable and right in the center of the mall.

Convenient, clean, friendly staff, well priced.
Shabby look, somewhat dated.
The Jerusalem Gate Hotel is very conveniently located at the entrance to the City, and right next to the Central Bus Station. The staff is very capable and friendly. The lobby is clean and welcoming. The rooms are somewhat dated and small, but this hotel is usually priced well below the surrounding hotels. Do not expect five star service nor five star quality.
Hotel Feature Tip : Very convenient - close to central bus station, but far from tourist sites.

there was a terrible noise that lasted the entire night. It sounded like hydraulics moving throughe the walls. The sound kept me up at night, it was just awful. The lack of sleep really impacted my vacation in a negative way.
Clean hotel, with friendly staff, close to the central bus station. All attractions easily accessed.

well situated, good room service, good quality / price; breakfast correct
several doors of the rooms (the 3rd floor where I live) would be to be slammed shut, making noise late at night, why not religious services (at least the morning) in the synagogue of the hotel, so that a religious public patronizes?
I spent six days at the hotel "Jerusalem Gates" of Saturday, December 26 to Friday, January 1st and this stay was even more pleasing that the weather was very suitable for the season. The room was a suitable size with a nice bathroom. It was located in a quiet place, as I want on my reservation. Sercice The hotel is very correct, with a staff polite and attentive. The breakfast is ample. (Missing may be the pastries that the French love so much). The hotel is very well located, at the entrance of the city, especially nearby the central bus station, which promotes travel and shopping (the station is also a shopping center) In addition the hotel is located just above a shopping center, the "one center," with what to trade and shops and tasty restaurants vary. In short, a hotel with an excellent quality / price.
