great location, quiet, friendly staff
it was freezing cold in the rooms, basically sleeping on an enclosed balcony. with 2 little kids that is an issue. breakfast is not great if you expect the usually amazing Israeli breakfast.

Not really worth the money, especially the breakfast is poor.the staff don't know how to smile. avoid room 12,unless you wanna sleep in the middle of the reception area
