The service staffs, especially the front desk manager is excellent! They have been very helpful and warmth in servicing your every needs which makes your stay almost like home. Located within walking distance from Herod's Gate, the hotel is a great base for you to see the old and new city.

Wonderfull hotel with friendly service
Close to Haram al Sharief and old City

First impression was that the front desk manager Miss Nirvana is very friendly and helpfull from the first moment I stepped in. Room is tidy and clean. Breakfast is delicious. Location of Hotel is on a close walkingdistance to the old city and busterminal. I can recommend this hotel to everybody who wants to visit Jerusalem, and specially the old city and Haram al Sharif.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Old city and Haram Al Sharief need to be visited.

Welcomed on arrival large room very clean and great breakfast. Walking distance to herrods gate also to the new light rail which runs to jaffa road in the city.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you except to see the Jewish sites this is not the place to stay as it is based in the Arab quarter

Incredible service

I was at first worried when I realized I was staying in an arab neighborhood of Jerusalem. I then quickly was realized that the staff makes this hotel what it is. They are by far the most generous, sweet, and kind staff I have experienced at a hotel in Israel (I have been 5 times!). The front desk manager Zirwana is amazing and so incredibly sweet. She always has a smile on her face and she made my friend and my stay stay incredibly comfortable.
