Friendly staff 3.Great location 7.7 The hostel is located near Damascus Gate of Old City in the area of Arabian market with cheap food. Staff is friendly. Hostel can keep your luggage but they don't provide individual lockers. The hostel needs renovation. It is not very tidy. some of the staff smoked late evenings.

New palm hostel and New palm hotel are in the same building. Staff is friendly. Hostel can keep your luggage but they don't provide individual lockers. The hostel needs renovation. It is not very tidy. Shared bathrooms are on the same floor.
