Nice waiters in restaurants / Not to hire taxi

The waiters serving in the resturants were real nice and helpful! I also met very good visitors of the hotel. They were Christians from many countries.

Bacically, this is good hotel in both accommodation and service. I met very nice waiters in restaurants and room cleaners. But there was no cool air from A/C sytem at the time of visit (Nov 2009). Only warm air was provided, no cool air. Many customers had to open their room windows, otherwise too hot to sleep. Sometimes, November is till hot in Israel. I think the hotel should provide the flexibility of warm and cool air.
Travel tip: Not to hire taxi via the hotel reception. I had a nasty experience. A male receptionist quoted me exceptional high fee NIS600(double of the norm : *NIS250 - 350 )from Jerulsalem to Netanya. He just admitted a mistake was made upon my second time enquiry in which I told him I actually knew the fee.But he did not take the initiative to correct it to me,as if waiting me would be silly enough to place the order. * NIS350 was paid by me in an actual journey from Netanya to Jerusalem, but some Israel friends told me it should be around NIS250.

Si vous appelez le Room Service pour une bouteille d'eau on vous répond d'aller chercher vous même votre boisson !! Claviers informatiques ne fonctionnent pas pour Internet. Personnel froid, non serviable NE PAS ALLER DANS CET HOTEL

Petit dej horrible avec un café imbuvable !!! C un hôtel pour les groupes, les clients solo ne sont pas les bienvenus La prochaine fois a Jérusalem ne se fera sûrement pas dans cet hôtel
