Nice hotel & location. Must improve room security

i enjoyed my stay very much thanks to the friendly & helpful customer service, concierge, and reception. but, my friend from hong kong experienced an unpleasant theft case - broke in to her room and stole her bag that kept all the group money. i hope the hotel will look into it and make serious improvement on room security. i look forward to another great stay next year.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
20mins walk from the hotel towards Mt. of Olives, you will find a spectacular view of the Jedean Dessert. Ask the concierge and Eyal will be happy to give you the direction. Enjoy!

this hotel was a wonderful place to be. the staff was absolutely lovely and polite. the food was great, and the service couldn't be better. i'm absolutely willing to spend my next vacation on this beautiful hotel.

No concierge for helping customers,
Rooms are dirty,
In J.Suites, rooms have no windows !
Dinner room is cold and staff unfriendly.
Not a nice place to stay, it will ruin your trip.

stilvoller und gepflegter Lobbybereich mit gut sortierter Bar und Bistro; kostenlose Tiefgarage;
überwiegend freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal im Receptions/Lobbybereich; großes Zimmer mit gepflegtem Bad und aussichtsreichem großem Balkon; hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, gemessen an den anderen örtlichen 4-Sterne-Betrieben;

ruhige Lage mit - je nach Zimmer unterschiedlicher - teilweise traumhafter Aussicht auf die Altstadt bzw. Mount Scopus oder Ölberg, aber weiter Fußweg in die Altstadt bzw. zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten; dem Haus würde eine gründliche Sanierung guttun - es ist offenkundig in den letzten Jahren wenig investiert worden; man lebt derzeit noch vom Nimbus der Vergangenheit als Hyatt Regency Hotel, obwohl die entsprechenden Qualitätsansprüche teilweise nicht mehr erfüllt werden

新しくはないが静かで落ち着いたホテル
ヘブライ大学Mt,Scopusキャンパス至近 朝食ビュッフェ◎

冬でしたがそれなりににぎわっていました。大きめのプールがあるので夏は楽しそう。建物自体が開放的で市街地のホテルにないよさがある。エゲッドもアラブバスもすぐ目の前から乗ることができてアクセサビリティはとてもよい。

ハル・ハツォフィーム、当然眺めはよい。部屋は清潔。大学に用事のある人は便利。

空港からほとんど早朝に到着したのですが、スタッフは親切に対応してくれました。チェック・アウトが１２時というのも良心的。朝食はビュッフェ・スタイルで、大満足でした。旧市街にはアラブ・バスで、新市街にはエゲッドでともに１０分ほど。静かなのに交通の便もとてもいいところです。

В отеле решили переночивать проездом из аэропорта в Эйлат,проведя один день в иерусалиме. При выборе ориентировались на описание,где подчеркивались замечательные видовые характеристики отеля,чем и обяъяснялось преимущество его месторасположения,пятизвездность и приемлемую стоимость проживания.Из всего вышесказанного оправдалась только стоимость проживания. Чудес не бывает. Отель тянет между 3-4,советский интурист ,без приятных излишеств,типа напитков в минибарах,круглосуточного сервиса
в ресторанах и барах: вообщем,приехав ночью, за водой пришлось идти в соседний автомат.Видовых характеристик особо не заметили,до центра надо ехать минут 5-10 на такси ,взависимости от трафика. Вывод: если просто переночивать и ехать дальше - то возможно. Для души и удовольствия - нет.
Travel tip:
В 3 мин езды от отеля на такси великолепный вид на иерусалим.
