The rooms have not had attention for many years, and are in desperate need of renovation. My fridge froze everything placed in it. Sheets and towels were clean and changed daily. Air conditioning kept switching itself off. No tea or coffee facilities in the rooms as advertised. The hotel gym and fitness centre is non existent and is used as a store for old furniture. The hotel has a nice size pool, again dilapidated and in dire need of restoration. In fact, the whole hotel is dilapidated and needs a total makeover. Even the parking that is promised on the website turns out to be roadside street parking.
Hygiene in the dining room does not exist. Cutlery is touched by the staff with unloved hands. Replenishing of items from the buffet takes forever. Most of the food items look like left overs from the dinner of the night before. A toaster is used that was filthy dirty. The toaster has not been cleaned in ages, and is in dire need of replacement. The hot water urn had sediment in it making your tea and coffee look and taste awful. I reported this to the lady manager who just shrugged her shoulders and said to take the water from a tap on the coffee machine. Scrambled eggs stand for hours and are a cold green congealed substance by the time the guests get to the eggs. If the health inspectors reviewed this establishment, their kitchen would be closed down.
This establishment should be avoided at all costs. The only nice thing I can say about the Park is the friendliness of the front desk staff. A definite NO NO if you thing you are going to be happy here.
Restaurant Tip:
Very few restaurants are in the area of this hotel. You need transport to reach anything suitable.

Air conditioning was not working! (Middle of the summer) The technitian was not avilable, the Manager cannot be found and so many stories, but Air conditioning was not working in the entire Hotel. They even refused to compensate us as the manger is not arround...
