Very sociable hotel. The proximity of the beach - even the way you do not need to move.
Fire emergency exit stairway is not on the street, and in some garage.
The hotel has a lot of Russian-speaking visitors - not even very pleased to have been home slyschat it abroad. On the other hand the word "goodbye" from Ethiopia to resepshene gave a good smile. Be sure to stop there again.
