The hotel is close to the beach and its staff is very friendly and helpful. If you spend all day outdoors and just go there to sleep, the stay will be satisfactory - no lobby, no extras. The rooms are small, especially the bathroom possibly to small for families. I made reservation for a single room but got a room with a king size bed.
Very friendly and helpful staff, close to the beach, clean but old furniture and linen.
The breakfast buffet was kind of cheap (Sauerkaraut and a lot of cabbage, coffee powder and frozen rolls just thawed).
- Travel tip : Beach, Nightlife

The hotel is ok if you spend a short period there maybe just to visit Tel Aviv. For longer stays it misses comfort.
Friendly and helpful staff
breakfast bufett had cheap ingredients, coffee powder, cabbage, white factory bread and thawed rolls
- Shopping Tip : Carmel market, Diezengoff Center

good value hotel, and excellent location (opposite top hotels such as Sheraton Moriah, 2 minutes from the beach and bus route into central bus station;reasonable breakfast
hotel would benefit from a refurbishment (although room was clean and there was air conditioning and a fridge)
Very good position, but not very modern.

If you are used to high standards, do not use this hotel for anything else but for an overnight stay on your way to the airport.
- Shopping Tip : Taxi will cost you at least 100 Shekel to go to the airport.

If you want to stay in a small, good place, with friendly staff, and not pay a lot, and if you don´t mind that the bathroom is a little moldy, it is a good place, I liked it.
- Travel tip : Tel Aviv and the sea. The best place you can get.
