We "managed" our expectation well by reading many comments from previous customers who have stayed at this hotel before. It is true that the hotel is very small, the washing basin is so small that an adult won't be able to wash his face without splashing water to the floor. Yet the location allowed us to visit many good local restaurants including Benedict - Ben Yehuda, Thai House, Shila, etc. Basically Ben Yehuda is a main street that you can easily find some good eating places. Staff are very friendly and helpful, so we treat that as a trade. If you want to stay there, be prepared to accept its limitations. They do have a bigger double room with a bath tub, but we barely discovered it the day we checked out.
