In a quiet street off the main thoroughfare of Hayarkon, the two-star City Hotel is within a ten-minute walk of the beach and boardwalk and a few blocks away from busy Dizengoff Square. Remodeled in a bright urban manner, rooms have pure white linens and parquet floors, cable TV, aircon and kettle � some rooms with balconies. Fostering a friendly community vibe, there�s an internet point in the lobby and a street-side caf� where friends can catch up over a plate of fresh pastries. Those heading out for a swim can grab a beach towel from reception on their way down to the beach.

The Hotel was very close to the beach, and other locations in the city. It was also generally quiet.
Room was small, and sparse--in need of a remodel or update.
The City Hotel is a decent place to stay if you are looking to just crash there for a few nights. Though I would not recommend it for an extended stay, say more than 4 days, there are a number of things that make it livable. The Israeli breakfast is quite nice, and the dining area is also well appointed. Having the beach close by was also a plus. Hotel staff area attentive, yet reserved and will attend to you if requested.
