Nice room, great location, NO PARKING!!

Parking near the Hotel is very complicated, the parking lots around are very very expensive, we had to pay about 100$ of parking during the 4 days we were staying there.
The food at breakfast was OK but very poor variety, not much to choose from, the fruit juices were bad.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Park at "RIDING" parking for free and take the bus back for 6 Shekel (8 minutes ride) to avoid the parking costs.

Well renovated old hotel
Well appointed hotel and rooms. good Breakfast, great value for quality hotel.

Rooms are very small but comfortable. Friendly helpful service but skeleton staff out of season.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel is North of the Centre of Tel Aviv and one would naturally head South, but a short walk due North brings one to the new Renovated Port area with shops and cafes on the boardwalk and some great restaurants.

it was so surprised that the hotel automatic upgrade my room typr for normal one to executive. The room is very nice and clean, seperate living room which is so good. The area around was nice as well, we can walk to the sea and the marina view is so nice. Good hotel really.
Restaurant Tip:
there has Thai restuarant around the hotel which is very nice and real authentice thai style

Short stay fully enjoyable, nipped down to the sea after check in. This hotel is in a delapidated old shopping mall/office block on the sea. the centre is being renovated slowly and the first stage was this hotel. Because of this situation it is now great value. Once the surrounding buildings have been renovated it will be a top hotel although the rooms are rather small, but prices will surely double in due course.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Great position for beach holiday, tel aviv's beaches are great. Shopping is generally walking distance (Dizengoff)unless one wants to go to the Azrielli shopping mall. It is about 1 km to the Carmel Market (daily in morning) and surrounding shopping streets. About 1.5 mile walk to central Jaffa for great views, harbour, old town cafes and flee market.

Acho que a saida do check out deveria ser um pouco mais tarde, pois fiquei muito tempo sem ter onde ficar entre a saída do hotel e meu embarque no aeroporto.

A noite não tive onde pedir nada para comer no hotel, pois não funciona nenhum bar
Restaurant Tip:
Perto do hotel tem um barzinho Kosher que vende uns sandwiches maravilhosos. Fica ao lada de uma sorveteria Kosher também. Muito bom

albergo discreto con rapporto buono qualità prezzo molto vicino al mare e al centro città assolutamente negativo l'accesso all'Hotel da una strada di scorrimento,anche il cortile ada cui si accede alle camere è fatiscente.Le camere al contrario sono discrete con tutti i confort pulite,lo cosnsiglierei per un soggiorno di fine stagione con prezzi più bassi attenzione al cambiavalute cambiare in Hotel è assolutamente svantaggioso.Buona e abbondante la colazione

Eén van de leukste hotels die ik gezien heb... maar er wordt enorm verbouwd. Dat betekent van vroeg tot laat drilboren. Ik had het geluk dat ik er met shabbath en nieuwjaar was - daardoor waren ze op een gegeven moment vrij. Anders was ik stapelgek geworden door het lawaai. Ik ga zeker terug, maar pas als ze klaar zijn. Aan de staat te zien zal dat echt nog een paar maanden duren.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Locatie is werkelijk perfect. Aan het strand, tegenover discotheek, vlakbij allerlei uitgaans- en eetgelegenheden. Ook met kinderen ideaal!
