This place is really great value for money. Reccomended especially for travelers who doesn't like big hotels and need more privacy. Rooms are clean and newly decorated. During my stay hotel staff was really helpful.Big plus is quiet entrance located on the small street which is just a 100 metres from the beach. You can find around all sorts of restaurants and places to eat.

Clean room, furnished with modern and new furniture. The room was a little bit small but overall good for the prices paid. Tel Aviv hotel are very expensive during summer time and the residence suites is a good compromise to stay close to the beach for a decent price.
