Just Good for a single room
If you dont want a hostel, its the answer.

There are no elevators in the hotel, and small room and located in the middle of noisy bar and the clubs.
But it is clean and has comfortable rooms and kind staffs.
The prices in Israel is very high,
So if you want another hotel with big room, elevator and good location , you may pay a double the price in Tel Aviv..

繁華街に近く便利かも
地中海まで徒歩５分。綺麗な部屋。コストパフォーマンス。

近くには地中海、バー、レストランなど、滞在には便利なのではないでしょうか。
エルサレムに行ったあとだったので、テルアビブの都市ぶりが印象的でした。
