Nice studio close to the beach, but in a basement

close to the beach, close to Old Town in Tel Aviv, intimacy

the studio is really nice and quiet, in a quiet area. very close to the beach, only one block away, and 12-15 minutes to the old town of telaviv (walking). it's part of a new building, but it's at the basement of the building. there are some big windows that are connected with the ventilation, but it's still strange not to have fresh air... if you take this studio just to sleep in it (as we did) it's ok (with enough space and everything needed), but if you want to enjoy a nice view, stay on a balcony, have cleaning each day, etc, you probably should check in a hotel.

Удобное расположение, быстрое заселение.

Чисто. Удобно. Уютно.

Апартамены смело рекомендую всем, то что комната находится на этаже "минус один" нисколько не портит впечатление, напротив очень тихо и спокойно, что позволяет прекрасно высыпаться ночью. Есть всё необходимое для недолгого пребывания, миникухня, стиральная машина, удобный душ, довольно быстрый wi-fi. Цена/качество тоже имеет прекрасное соотношение. Нам понравилось.
