Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Clean and has a good location of downtown Amman
Staff needs training and empowerment to act without waiting for a supervisor
I would rate the Hotel 3.5 as I found rooms were clean and the location is not far from downtown. But staff were not trained very well to be professional when it comes to customer satisfaction. Hotel has a Turkish hmam which is like a sauna .. I didn’t try it but I thought the idea was great for foreigners to try a different way of losing wait and getting clean.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : don't forget to vist Petra Amman

close to all amenities
clean
if they have a party booked while you are staying
then its out of hand in all areas.Loud noices and
music.Looks like managment does not care about the
comfort of their guest but the party
It could be better. rooms are average size
but not small.Staff could be trained more to
look after the guest. We have to leave early for
Israel and requested breakfast 1/2 hour earlier than they would serve
but staff could not agree to get it for us
instead we are given 6 mini croissants and black
tea for four of us.Hence staff was expecting a good tip.Your toilet stuff needs are not met properly.Lot of room for improvment in all sectors of hospitality.
Travel tip : Lot of traffic just outside the hotel
no way its three star hotel
Greedy staff. Charges are high for
stuff from the fridge so avoid it

The room was clean and the bathroom was large. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The food in the dining facility was good and not priced to high. The hotel is very quiet.
Weak wireless internet signal that only worked for me in the lobby and dining facility. The drinks in the mini-bar are priced way to high. The a/c in the room did not cool the room enough. The single room is very small and the bed was not comfortable.
I had a nice stay at the Al Dana Plaza Hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful and the hotel was very clean. However, the single room and the bed in the room were both tiny. The a/c would not get the room as cool as I like either. Other than that it was good. I'd stay here again but opt for the larger room with larger bed.
Travel tip : The lovely young lady at the front desk set up a last minute sight seeing tour for me.
There is a nice street near the hotel that cars are not allowed on as it is for walking only.
