We all have different visions of how to spend our deserved and earned vacations, therefore, I do not want to advise something, but based on our travel experience it’s always better to know something about the culture and history of the country you are visiting for the first time in your life. And of course, it will not be bad to, at least, try to learn some basic Arabic words and phrases (both Amia and Fusha are spoken). Arabs are very hospitable people, but in order to be understood you first need to understand them, their way of life, traditions and customs.
If you have already visited Arab countries, the way of Jordan life is more like the one in Lebanon than the one of the countries with more strict rules. People are friendly if you do not offend them by showing ignorance or arrogance.
Probably it will be better not to ask for a pick-up from the airport, the airport taxi service is good and cheaper than the hotel one.
We preferred not to use a car service for sightseeing proposed by the receptionist because city taxi/bus service was much cheaper and very convenient
Online Agoda booking was cheaper than the original hotel price listed at the reception.
- Restaurant Tip : Ask doorman about the places you can enjoy national food and follow their directions.

Most of the staff is friendly, though reception could improve slightly. Overall it's a good place to stay.
