The Kempinski Hotel is a modern property with tidy décor, comfortable furnishings and calm color schemes throughout. The hotel is in the Shmeisani area close to lots of restaurants covering everything from burger joints to Turkish eateries, while the center of town can be reached by a short ride in a taxi. Below the hotel’s gym there is an area where guests can get a massage or just relax in the sauna before taking a dip in the pool. Wireless Internet is available in all rooms and a buffet breakfast is served daily at the on-site restaurant.

Security, friendly staff, great bar, deleicous buffet dinner, comfy beds, free internet and the fantastic sweet shop accross the road
there wasnt enough beds by the pool area
Would definately stay again. Great hotel.
Restaurant Tip : Accross the road on the corner is an arabic sweet shop, try the filo cream pastries there hot and delicious, the owners were so friendly and let us try a few on the house!!

Clean room, excellent service and great location.
Wireless Internet would be an added convenience.
I was pleaseantly surprised to arrive in Amman and stay in the downtown area at the Kempinski Hotel. The hotel was very modern and clean with very friendly and courteous staff.
The downtown location was excellent with a good view of the city from my room. There were good factilities and restaurants in the hotel and other shops and nice restaurants were within 2-3 minutes walking distance.
I would recommend the Kempinski Hotel to anyone taking a trip to Amman.
Restaurant Tip : Many nice sidewalk reastaurants one block away.

The lobby was very attractive.
towels were old; Linens were not changed - we had a hole in our sheets for the whole week; taxis obtained from the hotel were more than 5 times as expensive as if you hailed them yourself; food was ridiculously expensive (breakfast was $16 JOD!); the view out the window was of a tenement building. This hotel was awful.
