The Kempinski is located in the city center (Shmeisani) which makes it a good place to stay if you are a traveler looking for easy access to cafes and shopping. The public spaces of the hotel feature a lot of polished granite and glass, which gives the hotel a sleek but cold atmosphere. The rooms themselves feel warm and comfortable, decorated in reds and blues, with carpeting and low beds. The service was good, and the price for a single (US $150 including taxes) was the best I found all week for a 4-star hotel in Amman. The rate beat the Marriott's by more than $100 (the other hotel in which I stayed and which was by no means a better hotel).
Lots of entertainment and dining options, great health club, clean room decorated in cheerful blue and red colors
Smell of smoke in non-smoking room
- Travel tip : There is a very good place to get coffee and breakfast right around the corner from the hotel -- called Ata Ali.

Well situated in business area with plenty of nearby restaurants.
Nothing I can think of.
- Hotel Feature Tip : Hotel has it's own ten pin bowling alley which was an unusual feature in our experience. Fun way to pass an evening.
