Business travelers Lebanon, April 03, 2013	Very Unsatisfied Location and thats it 4.7 Bad staff are ignorant, they do know what the hotel has to offer arrived to the hotel and the room which is supposed to be Premium King Executive hotel was not ready yet so had to wait additional 30mins in the lobby, Very BAD internet connection for a business and conference center hotel I wont come again

Very modern feel and clean rooms - and I received a lot of assistance from the hotel staff to ensure my frozen product samples were well taken care of. Professional staff who greet every guest they meet; and always keen to show me around Jordan by offering travel tips and advice.
