Disorganised - staff and systems.
Clean comfortable room. Sufficient buffet breakfast. Shuttle to local shopping mall (one way)

This hotel was completely disorganised. There appeared to be no liaison between the different staff members. Requests were attended to, but very slowly, and required repeated requests.
We were required to show our printed booking confirmation three times (despite it being photocopied by staff)
On booking out were presented with someone else's bill. No apologies for mistake - asked to sign that we had not received those services charged (despite signature being completely different)

This is our second stay at this hotel and we are only full of praise of the attentive service, and on the overall management of the hotel, well executed in line to any international hotel chain. Nicely appointed rooms, extreme clean and good breakfast served. Close to the major shopping malls in Amman as well to the various business centres. Professional staff who only have solutions to the guest needs. Highly recommended.

I booked a triple room for 2 nights here. It was one of the best hotel I stayed in Jordan. The bed is very comfortable. Hot shower is stable. Clean and quiet hotel.

Great stay. We were made to feel very at ease arriving in a new country and the staff were very efficient. Our two rooms were comfortable and nicely appointed. Due to leaving the hotel very early the next day the staff made sure the dining room was available for us before we began our long drive to Wadi Rum. The kids loved the huge beds!

I was very upset with the reception staff. I e-mailed and also telephoned 2 weeks before arrival to tell them my plane was not arriving until the 20th and would they cancel the 19th but they said no they would not. I tried contacting agoda but never got any reply. I want the room cost refunded.
