Location is perfect..a very busy hotel, staying there was perfect, only they tooke too long for check in
Wich I guess shouldn't happen since the rooms was paid in advance and all needed was to have the key card..however the sty was good

Five star.... all you could want.

First off considering your in Amman.....
I had a very good stay here, The staff were friendly and the hotel itself was clean and lived up to a 5 star standard. For a place like Amman, this was considered as a 7 star hotel, i was told.
I ate several times at the Italian restaurant on the 7th floor and was impressed and surprised every time with the quality of the food.
The rooms were decent and very adequate for me as i was alone but cant see any couple having a problem with the size of the rooms either. I just had the basic room.
Clean and tidy, great western food, good facilities and mainly friendly staff.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Petra is a must and so is wadi rum. Definitely try not to do them both in the same day though like i did. Is definitely too much!
Take your time and do one each day, even better if you have an easy day in between the two.
Jerrash is the other site to see. There isnt really much in Amman itself, take the time to eat down Rainbow St. a few nice cool places where the hip hang out down there.

the hotel is well located right in the center of amman. the city center and new amman are well accessible via local transport. its one of the tallest building probably in amman and is distinctly noticable. the hotel rooms were nice and big, even though we did not have room with city view, but the stay was comfortable. rooms had all the required aminities. bathrooms and rooms are very clean and maintained everyday. the reception was very conversent with english, but the hotel staff was not that much. there were quite a few restaurants within the hotel and central cafe. rainbow street was 15 mins walk from the hotel.
