fast courteous service, great comfort in room, great deal of agoda, elegant but not overdone.

one of the fanciest places I've stayed, since we found a great deal on it, so I might not have the perspective to review it properly. The place was very comfortable, the staff was great, and I didn't have any complaints or wants. We also didn't spend much time there or demand much. It was a cushy splurge after a week of grungy traveling, so the big comfy and ample washroom facilities were like heaven. When we needed service it was pleasant and fast. "value for the money" rating askew because we got a great web deal.

Room was not clean, spots on the sheets, dust everywhere, stains on bathroom floor. The elevators don't work.

Extravagant looks but horrible service. The rooms were dirty, even after calling for the rooms to be redone it was still dirty. they took the luggage at the door and it took them 30 minutes to bring it up after several calls, and they had the wrong ones. Hotel managers don't care, everyone is big smiles but when it's time to actually do something or provide assistance nothing happens.

Dirty Dirty Dirty

Dirty hotel, no service, cheezy all around, elevators don't work, requested non-smoking room was given a smoking room, the hotel should be 3 stars at the most
