The worst hotel I've ever been

What a disaster! The moquette in our room had to be changed several years ago and since then, probably, nobody took care to clean it. The bathroom was barely usable: sink and toilet broken, the faucet of the sink was sprinkling water all around. In order to get any hot water you had to let it flow for ages. The window needs to be seen to understand. The continental breakfast was of poor quality and variety. As a final gift they refused to accept any credit card, you must pay cash.

The hotel is old, furniture is in bad condition and looks shabby. But beds were comfortable for sleeping and bed clothes were clean and fresh.
The rooms are very cold, at night you can sleep here only with a\c (in winter), and all public areas are very cold. And water in bath is cold too (they turn on hot water only in the morning and evening). When we were checking in, they promised WIFI, but the signal was very low even on lobby, so we couldnt use it. The manager on reception was nice, but he gave us wrong information about everything we asked (about entrances to Petra and buses to Amman and etc).
And they have problems with electricity - it was turned off 4 or 5 times a day and at night and we had to use candles and put on jackets because a\c didnt work also
And they dont have transfer to Petra (but some the same price hotels have)...
