The hotel is very old, look very dirty. Most accessories like hair dryer is not provided in the Hotel room. The hotel cannot even find an iron in the hotel for me ever since i checked in the hotel till i checked out, the hotel do not provide a King bed. They use 2 twin bed to combine to become one King bed, as the bedhead is bigger than the mattress, so when they combine two mattress together, it left a gap in between the two mattress, if you are sleeping just above this gap, you will find yourself sinking in the gap while you are sleeping.
This is Kuwait Hyatt, it is different from the Hyatt International Hotel that we used to know about it. Although it is a 4-star hotel as indicated in the Hotel details given during our booking, it is actually consider a 3-star or 2.5 star hotel in international standard. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. A low quality hotel. As this hotel name keep changing, taxi driver is not familiar with the hotel, even our friend - a Kuwaiti stayed in Kuwait since young also not aware of it.
