No hot water in my room for my entire stay
Cold breakfast served - poor
No soundproofing to rooms - all sounds from the traffic penetrates the room
Smoking allowed in the lobby area, right opposite where breakfast is served
(not healthy for non smokers)
Was given a smoking room after requesting a non smoking room
