Maintenance.

The best thing about the hotel was its location; right on Hamra street. The breakfast was excellent, we really looked forward to it. There were some little things that added up and really stressed me out, mostly when it came to the room maintenance. Many things weren't working and it took several phone calls and a harsh tone to get something done. And not everything was fixed! I used my suitcase as a safety box. I was also given a bit of a hard time because I had booked online!!
