Supposedly one of the better hotels in Beirut, don't be fooled by the price as it more or less gets you a 3 star experience. From the outside it looks appealing but it's not until you open your room that you are in for an unpleasant surprise at the choice of cheap furnishings that have not withstood the test of time. Oh and don't forget to ask them to unlock your mini bar. Nor should you expect efficiency at reception as the staff both experienced and inexperienced try to serve all the guests at the one time.
