Location, quite, clean, nice furniture and an excellent room service. No free internet connection even in the lobby, which is fatal in my case. its a bit expensive. Swimming pool was off, with no notification! Food quality is not that good. Hotel located in front of Intercontintal which resides in front of the sea with a bit old, but nice, theme. It's a bit expensive.
For those who would like to spend a, within budget vacation, I wouldn't recommend it as the value of money is a bit not consistence. All in all, Hotel is good if you afford to compromise the money value :)

reception staff, room furnishings Supposedly one of the better hotels in Beirut, don't be fooled by the price as it more or less gets you a 3 star experience. From the outside it looks appealing but it's not until you open your room that you are in for an unpleasant surprise at the choice of cheap furnishings that have not withstood the test of time. Oh and don't forget to ask them to unlock your mini bar. Nor should you expect efficiency at reception as the staff both experienced and inexperienced try to serve all the guests at the one time.
