I would stay there again. Probably Napoleon hotel is not the best choice in the region but it could be called as a good one.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : A nice waterfront promenade is close to this hotel. A pub in the nearby hotel Mayflower serves tap local beer which is uncommon for Lebanon.

General health maintenance showers Bon acceuil, although not speak French. The room is spacious, correct. The health care deserve a more careful, Notament showers. The breakfast service is satisfactory. However lack of information on tourist spots in the region or country.

Fresh and clean hotel with very pleasant and helpful persoanal. I simply can not think of anything negative about Hotel Napoleon, we stormtrivdes! Wonderful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent service and more there to. They helped us with booking taxis, make local calls, translating our travel plans to the drivers who do not speak English, give us travel tips etc.. We toured the Lebanon and Syria, but always chose Napoleon as we "stopover" in Beirut when it felt like "home" there! Very clean rooms, good breakfast and the location is great for those who want to stay in the "real" parts of Beirut, yet within walking distance to La Cornice and downtown. Can be warmly recommended!
